Description

The Chicago Theater was opened in 1921 as the first lavish movie theater palace in the US. Along with the other B&K theaters, from 1925 to 1945 the Chicago Theater was a dominant movie theater enterprise.The grand marquee is 6 stories high and is one of the last in use. It is located on State Street in the loop district, Chicago, Illinois.
